450 head yarded at Murgon

THERE were 450 head of cattle yarded in Murgon today at the combined agents live weight sale. 

Numbers were drawn from Biloela, Mundubbera, Gayndah, Mt Perry, Boondooma, Nanango as well as locally. 

All descriptions sold to a fully firm market with weaner aged cattle being slightly dearer. 

A highlight was four and six tooth heifers from Waringa which sold for $742 at 158c for 443kg.
