Providing professional Studio & Matwork Pilates and Exercise Therapy in Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast. Affordable Individual and small group sessions are provided during the week and weekends. Sessions are suitable for beginners, those with some experience, those wanting to improve their athletic performance or recovering from an injury. All instructors have a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Pilates. Over 10 years experience in the area and trained with international providers. All equipment is supplied including mats. Reformers are commercial grade. Matwork classes are $15 and Studio Equipment is $20.
Fully equipped studio in Emu Park and Rockhampton. The Emu Park studio also runs weekly yoga sessions.
