49-year-old drink driver allegedly never had a licence

POLICE from the Kingaroy road policing unit intercepted a 49-year-old Proston man travelling on Wondai-Proston Rd at Proston for allegedly having no rear tail lights on his vehicle.

Further checks revealed he had allegedly never held a licence and returned a breath alcohol reading of 0.122.

He was issued with a notice to appear in the Murgon Magistrates Court on January 22, 2019.
