
Cache of ice, cocaine found in Darling Heights drug raid
A MAN has been arrested and a large quantity of drugs uncovered following a Darling Heights drug raid.
Police raided the Norman St address early yesterday morning with officers arresting a 25-year-old man.
Found at the house was one kilogram of cannabis as well as supplies of amphetamines and cocaine.
Acting Inspector Jim Deacon said the estimated street value of the haul was more than $12,000

"This morning's raid was successful in finding a significant amount of drugs." Act. Insp. Deacon said.
"An offender has been charged with a number of offences and will face court later this month."
Act. Insp. Deacon said the raids were a joint effort
"The investigation has been a combination of Taskforce Maxima and the Toowoomba police," he said.
"Investigations into this and other matters are continuing.
"It is a part of our continued focus to dismantle criminal networks throughout Queensland."
