Infant girl dies after being hit by car this morning

AN INFANT has died in a vehicle incident this morning on a residential street in Murgon.

Police said the female infant was struck by the vehicle about 9am.

Forensic crash investigators, local detectives and police all arived at the incident.

The little girl was transported to Murgon Hospital where police confirmed she died. 

Police investigations continue.
