Body of missing Jamal, 3, found near river in Innisfail
THE body of a three year old boy who went missing around the Johnstone River in Innisfail has been found near a wharf.
Divers had been searching crocodile-inhabited waters for signs of a Jamal since he went missing near Innisfail Wharf on the North Johnstone River on Tuesday afternoon.
An autopsy will be done on Thursday but it's thought Jamal drowned because there are no signs of trauma to suggest a crocodile attack.
Jamal Enosa disappeared between 3.30pm and 4pm on Tuesday while his father helped someone fix a car.
Specialist police divers were brought in on Wednesday to help the police and SES with the search.
