Boy gets airlifted to Brisbane after motorbike crash

A BOY was airlifted from Kingaroy Hosipital yesterday afternoon after a motorbike crash.

An RACQ spokeswoman said the eight-year-old boy was admitted to hospital first before he was flown to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital at 3.20pm for further treatment.

The boy arrived at the Brisbane hospital at 6.40pm in a stable condition.

A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the boy sustained facial injuries.
