Break and enter and theft in Kingaroy

POLICE are investigating after an unknown offender stole a gold ring and prescription medication from a Glendon St residence.

It is unknown how the offender entered the residence, between 8pm and 11pm Saturday, March 16.

This is one of a series of property offences that occurred in Kingaroy between March 11 and 17.

Investigations are continuing after unknown offenders attempted to break into a Haly St residence by removing two louvres from a window between 1pm on March 15 and 1.50pm on March 16.

However, they have been unable to open the door due to the deadbolt being secured.

Police are also investigating a report that offenders smashed a sliding laundry door on a Steele Ct house at 7.40pm on March 1.

The offenders did not enter the house.

On March 17, a wicker outdoor setting was stolen from a Barron St residence and a bench seat was stolen from an Oasis St address.

Police are investigating the the theft of the outdoor furniture.

Police are also investigating the theft of registration plates 999VFE from a Nissan station wagon at a Kingaroy St car yard.

The offence happened on the weekend of March 9 and 10.
