STAY INFORMED: Crews monitor remaining South Burnett fire
UPDATE, Monday, 9.20am: QFES are still monitoring a bushfire out at Taabinga.
The fire is burning within the vicinity of Aerodrome Rd and Railway Rd, Taabinga.
The Crawford and Coolabunia grass fires have been extinguished.
UPDATE, 6.45pm: SOUTH Burnett firefighters are monitoring three fires across the region.
Crews are attending to a third fire at Crawford, which was first reported at 6.16pm this evening.
Four QFES crews are currently attending the grass fire at 82 Wenzels Rd, Crawford.
The Taabinga bushfire has been contained and only three crews remain at the scene to monitor the flames.
The grass fire at Coolabunia has only one crew remaining.
UPDATE, 5.15pm: FIREFIGHTERS are now tending to two fires across the South Burnett.
There are currently 10 crews on scene at the Taabinga bushfire which started earlier this afternoon near the Kingaroy Clay Target Club.
QFES advises this fire has now been contained.
A second fire has now started nearby at Coolabunia.
The grass fire is currently burning near Bellbird Rd and Semgreen Rd.
There are currently five QFES crews tending to the Coolabunia fire which was first reported at 4.17pm.
Residents near both fires may be affected by smoke and urged to close windows.
Motorists near either of the blazes are urged to drive with caution.

UPDATE, 4pm: The Taabinga bushfire continues to burn as 20 QFES crews work together to control it.

UPDATE, 2.45pm: THE fire outside of Kingaroy has been upgraded to a bushfire as residents are urged to stay informed.
Residents are urged to stay up-to-date with information if the situation changes.
The fire is located near the Kingaroy Clay Target Club at Taabinga.
There are currently seven crews on scene with more en route.
EARLIER, 2.30pm: FIREFIGHTERS are currently attending to a grass fire outside of Kingaroy.
Six QFES crews are currently on scene at the fire near Aerodrome Rd and Railway Rd at Taabinga.
The fire was initially reported at 1.40pm on Sunday, October 27.
Smoke may affect residents in the area and motorists are urged to drive to conditions.
Residents are encouraged to keep their doors and windows closed.
If anyone suffers from a respiratory condition they are encouraged to keep their medication close by.
