UPDATE: Rider hospitalised after Kingaroy motorcycle crash

UPDATE 3.19PM: A QAS spokesman has advised a motorcycle rider has been transported to Kingaroy Hospital following an earlier crash.

The male rider suffered multiple injuries to his arms and legs.

He was transported in a stable condition.

EARLIER: A motorcyclist has sustained multiple injuries following a crash in Kingaroy.

A QAS spokeswoman said at 2.21pm on Tuesday, November 19, paramedics were called to a single motorcycle crash on Kingaroy Barkers Creek Rd, near Redvale Rd and Schellbachs Rd.

The rider sustained injuries to their arms and legs.

Paramedics waited on scene with the injured rider until a fire crew arrived to assist with extricating the rider from the motorcycle.

The QAS spokeswoman said the rider was in a relatively stable condition.
