UPDATE: QAS spokeswoman advised one occupant was transferred to Kingaroy Hospital with head injuries.

They were in a stable condition.

EARLIER: At 10.45am paramedics are assessing occupants after a multi-vehicle crash near the Kingaroy Golf Club this morning.

A QAS spokeswoman said three vehicles were involved in the crash which happened on the Bunya Hwy at 10.45am.

Paramedics were assessing one person who had suffered head injuries.
