Burnett officers seize drugs from across the region
OFFICERS from Murgon and Cherbourg executed a number of search warrants and discovered a number of drug items over the past week.
At approximately 6.15pm on December 16, police executed a search warrant at an address in Palmer St, Murgon, where police located drug items.
At approximately 11.20pm on Decmber 18, police attended an address on Smyth St, Murgon, for an enquiry.
While there, police officers located drug items.
A 28-year-old Kingaroy female will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on January 8, charged with possessing used utensils.
On December 18 at 3.30pm police executed a search warrant at Muller St, Tingoora.
Police located drug items.
A 37-year-old Tingoora male will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on January 15, charged with failing to properly dispose of a needle and syringe.
On December 19 at 2.15pm, police executed a search warrant at an address on Hardiker St, Moffatdale.
Police located dangerous drug items.
A 49-year-old Moffatdale man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on January 22, charged with producing dangerous drugs, possessing dangerous drugs, and possessing utensils that had been used.
