Driver and passenger to face court

DRIVING through town two times the legal limit has cost a Kingaroy man.

Police intercepted the man, 28, driving a black Hyundai Getz on Haly St at 1.30am on March 24.

The man returned a positive reading of 0.111 Roadside Breath Test and will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 15.

Police found drug utensils when searching the car and the man's passenger, a 26-year-old Kingaroy woman, will face court on drug-related charges.
