Driver makes kill threat after minor crash in Maroochydore

POLICE were called to break up a dispute between two drivers after a minor car crash in Maroochydore yesterday.

A male driver was reported to be abusing a female driver.

He reportedly yelled at her that he was going to "shoot her in the head" following the crash on Broadmeadow Rd.

Police said the crash happened outside the Bunnings store near Maroochydore Rd at 11.10am.

The man did not have a weapon, and police said the dispute was resolved at the scene.

The incident comes on top of a shocking display of road rage aired on television this week in which a man repeatedly rammed another driver's car before jumping on the car's bonnet and smashing the windscreen.

The terrifying ordeal was captured on video and has drawn international attention on Youtube.
