
Drivers crash after failing to give way
IN TWO days two drivers have been fined for failing to give way after two separate crashes in Kingaroy.
A 25-year-old Kingaroy man failed to give way when exiting Railway Tce, and collided with a Mazda sedan.
Police attended the crash and the Hyundai sedan driver was fined $391 for failing to give way.
A Booie man has also been charged for failing to give way after turning into the path of a car and crashing in Kingaroy.
The 69-year-old driver of a Holden sedan turned from Henry St onto Youngman St in the path of a Mitsubishi station wagon on Thursday, December 13 at 3.50pm.
Both vehicles suffered moderate damage and were towed from the scene.
The driver of the Honda was fined for $391 for failing to give way.
