Ebony’s birthday card quest for bullied brother goes viral

IT HAS only been three days and already Ebony Pratt's quest is receiving tremendous support.

The Victorian mother put up a post on Facebook on Saturday night asking people to send her 15-year-old brother a birthday card.

"…he has been constantly picked on at school, he doesn't have any friends, no one to play with on the weekend or to help out doing projects for school together, he is always chosen last when it comes to sports or group activities. This breaks my heart and i want him to know that not all people out there are narrow minded and nasty," Ebony wrote in the post.

"I am asking you all to forward this on and also to please send him a birthday card to make him realise he does matter.

"If you know and love, or are a redhead yourself you will understand where i am coming from and know the happiness you could give my gorgeous redhead brother for his 15th birthday.

"Even if only 50 people sent him a card it would make him understand that there are people out there who care about him and want him to have a good day on his birthday. Please help me."

The post has been shared over 8,000 times and liked by over 9,800 people.
