Porn-accused banker back in court
ELITE bank executive Hans Borgelt whose glamorous estranged wife Julianne accused him of forcing her to watch porn and give him daily oral sex was back in court over AVO claims.
Julianne Borgelt had accused her husband of breaching a domestic violence order she had taken out against the father of her three children.
But she failed to show up at Waverley Local Court on Thursday.
In the original AVO hearing in June, Mrs Borgelt claimed the property financier told her "I should watch porn so I can learn to give how to give a b*** job".
Mrs Borgelt had also claimed that her husband had put his arm around her throat in a choke hold and threatened to kill her after she failed to defrost his dinner.
Mr Borgelt responded in June that he "was upset and frustrated, not enraged" when his wife sat sipping white wine instead of defrosting his dinner.
"How many times do I have to tell you that I disagree that I am physically and verbally abusive," Mr Borgelt said in the original AVO Hearing.
That domestic violence order was dismissed by Magistrate Michael Barko.

On Thursday, Mr Borgelt appeared before Magistrate Lisa Stapleton on a charge that he had contravened the AVO last December during a handover meeting in relation to their children.

Mr Borgelt had allegedly tried to give his estranged wife a document regarding their relationship.
Magistrate Stapleton said while AVO laws were designed to so that "everybody can feel safe", but "it is not a case of actual violence or threat of violence".
Following Mrs Borgelt's failure to show up for the hearing after being subpoenaed, Ms Stapleton refused to issue a warrant for her arrest.
But she agreed to a request to have the charges withdrawn against Hans Borgelt.
Mr Borgelt, who is originally from South Africa, is the chief financial officer of property investment capital specialist Ashe Morgan.
