Two injured in Bruce Hwy crash at Bells Creek

LATEST: TWO people travelling north in a car that crashed off the Bruce Hwy at Bells Creek have been taken to hospital. 

Emergency services were called to the scene, about 2.5km south of the Caloundra Rd exit, about 6.40am. 

The car left the road and came to rest in the median strip. 

Drivers were warned to expect delays in north-bound lanes while emergency services were on the scene, but warnings have now been removed. 

The people were taken to Nambour General Hospital with minor injuries. 
 

 

INITIAL REPORT: EMERGENCY services have been called to the Bruce Hwy at Bells Creek where a vehicle has crashed. 

Paramedics are assessing patients from the vehicle that crashed south of the Caloundra Rd exit. 

Drivers have been warned to expect delays in north-bound lanes.
