EVERY great sporting team puts a huge focus on raising the next batch of superstars.

Kingaroy Touch Football Club proved the future is in good hands during their junior and senior grand finals on Monday night.

Junior touch coordinator, Aleisha Collins acknowledged the more experienced juniors supporting and mentoring the younger players.

"It's really good to see a lot of the young ones coming up,” she said.

"Its nice seeing players develop from the start of the season to now.”

In the presentations, the boy's under 10 player of the season went to Lucas Scott and the stand out for the girls was Tyler Goodridge.

And it was a case of sibling rivalry when Lucas' brother, Connor was awarded the boy's under 12 player of the season and the female award went to Chloe Brady.

Not to be outdone, the senior finals wowed the crowd with a great display of high intensity touch football.

Winning teams included Untouchables, Gumps, Touch and Go.

The next touch football season starts on Monday, July 22.
