Geoff Huegill and wife allegedly caught with cocaine

FORMER Australian swimmer Geoff Huegill and his publicist wife Sara Hill have been allegedly caught with cocaine at Sydney's Randwick racecourse.

Police were allegedly patrolling the venue on Saturday as part of their regular duties when they were called to a suite in the grandstand by a security guard.

About 5.40pm, police spoke to Huegill and Hill who were allegedly in possession of a small quantity of white powder which police will allege was cocaine.

One racegoer told the Herald that up to 30 police officers swarmed into a number of private suites and stopped people as they were coming out of the bathrooms.

"They were everywhere, outside every door," he said.
