The matters were finalised yesterday with six months jail, immediately suspended for two years.
He was disqualified from driving for 19 months.
But Landore, 40, then had to apply for bail over a new charge alleging he robbed the Acacia Ridge TAB on March 31, 2008.
Magistrate Penelope Hay granted him strict bail but he is banned from leaving the state and must live in Gladstone.
