Hoon loses vehicle after seventh offence

A 44-year-old driver's vehicle has been forfeited under hooning legislation.
The Logan Central man was issued the production notice after he was caught driving his seventh unlicensed driving offence by CCTV footage.
Police intercepted the man driving the gold sedan without a licence along Drayton St, Nanango on Thursday November 15.
He was issued with a notice to appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on December 6 for the offence of driving while unlicensed.
The evidence relating to this offence was also captured on the Nanango City Safe CCTV system that enabled the prosecution.
