
IN BRIEF: Witness search, RBTs and drug finds
Tarong crash
NANANGO police are seeking information and witnesses in regards to a traffic crash in Tarong.
Police officers, Queensland Ambulance Service and Queensland Fire and Emergency Service crews were called to the traffic crash on Tanduringie Drive.
The single vehicle crash resulted in minor injuries to the driver and passengers.
Investigations into the crash are continuing and anyone with information are urged to make contact with Nanango police on 4161 6333 or email nanango.station@police.qld.gov.au.
Drug find
A Nanango man was charged for the possession of dangerous drugs and the possession of a drug utensil.
Nanango police officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Bullcamp Rd, East Nanango on Sunday November 18.
A number of items of interest were located during the search in the house and on the property.
A 65-year-old Nanango man was issued with a Notice to Appear for the offences, and will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on December 6.
Victorian driver
A VICTORIAN man will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on December 6 in relation to a drink driving charge.
Nanango police intercepted a red sedan on King St, Nanango on Saturday November 10 and the driver returned a positive roadside breath test.
The 34-year-old man was taken back to the Nanango Police Station for further testing.
He was issued with a notice to appear for the offence of drink driving after returning a reading of 0.115 per cent.
Drunk driver
A NANANGO man will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on December 6 for drink driving.
He pulled over his blue utility for police on Drayton St, Nanango on Saturday November 10.
The 23-year-old man returned a positive roadside breath test and was taken back to the Nanango Police station for further testing, where he returned a reading of 0.124 per cent.
RBT
A MOORE man will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on December 6 after returning an RBT reading of 0.060 per cent.
Nanango police intercepted the white utility on Henry St, Nanango on Monday November 12.
The driver of the vehicle returned a positive roadside breath test and was consequently taken back to the Nanango Police Station for further testing.
The 45-year-old Moore man was issued with a Notice to Appear for the offence of drink driving.
Unlicensed driver
AN EAST Nanango woman will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court in regards to an unlicensed driving charge on December 6.
Nanango police intercepted the woman's silver sedan on Henry St, Nanango on Tuesday November 13.
The 24-year-old driver was issued a notice to appear for driving whilst unlicensed.
