It's no wonder that Woodford brings in a crowd

WOODFORD Folk Festival is exactly as I expected as a first time festival goer.

Although I thought the lineup left a bit to be desired - the atmosphere well and truly makes up for any short falls.

It is sensory overload with the smell of delicious foods from all over the world, buskers and other amazing street performers, and the interesting fashion choices fellow festival goers make.

As a Woodford newbie, I over prepared for all weather conditions with my gum boots, change of clothes, raincoat an umbrella but thankfully the rain is holding off.

The weather is hot and sticky but the dark grey clouds are closing in on the area.

The looming rain doesn't seem to be dampening any moods.

Concert tents are full and people are dancing on every path or open space.

Will and The People are on soon, so I better make my way to there.
