Keith Urban kicks off tour from home

AUSTRALIAN country music star Keith Urban will kick off his 2013 world tour on home soil in January.

Keith Urban: The Story So Far tour will begin over the Australia Day long weekend in Brisbane, Chugg Entertainment and Nine Live announced.

The Grammy and ARIA winner will stage two shows at Brisbane's Entertainment Centre on January 25 and 26, before heading to Sydney and then Melbourne.

"Being such a Queenslander at heart I'm stoked we can start the Australian tour in Brisbane, I reckon its gonna go off. Can't wait to tour again," Urban says.

Urban's electrifying concerts have played to sold-out venues across the world, from Australia to Germany, England, Canada and the United States.
