Kim Jong-Un keeps the nuclear threats coming

NORTH Korean leader Kim Jong-un has repeated state media's recent claim the country has miniaturised nuclear war- heads that can be delivered by ballistic missiles.

"This can be called a true nuclear deterrent," Kim was quoted as saying by the North's KCNA news agency.

Pyongyang's claim to have developed miniaturised nuclear weapons and a hydrogen bomb are doubted by the US.

Kim reportedly also said the North would "never hesitate to make a pre-emptive nuclear strike" if the US threatened "its sovereignty and right to existence".
