Kingaroy continue winning ways

RUGBY LEAGUE: The Kingaroy Red Ants sported pink jerseys in their games against the Nanango Stags on Saturday for their annual pink day in support of finding a cure for breast cancer.

In A-grade Kingaroy defeated the Nanango Stags 22 points to 20 in a hard fought game to make it two wins from two games for the Red Ants.

In the U14 game Kingaroy defeated Nanango 32 points to 22 and in U16s Nanango defeated Kingaroy 28 points to 14.

The South Burnett U18 side hosted the Highfield and Districts side in Kingaroy.

The visitors defeated South Burnett 36 points to eight.
