Kingaroy murder trial adjourned

THE trial of accused murderer Glen Brian Duggan has been adjourned at the last minute.

Mr Duggan has been charged with the murder of Renee Peta Todd in a Kingaroy home in April 2013.

The trial was set to begin at the Brisbane Supreme Court on Monday but was adjourned after legal debate.

The jury was dismissed. The trial is now expected to be held later this week or early next week.
