Kingaroy police charge drug drivers

THE Kingaroy Road Policing Unit has charged three people with drug driving in the past week. 

On Wednesday, January 10, police intercepted a 25-year-old woman on Alford St, Kingaroy and a 41-year-old man on Drayton St, Nanango.  

They were both allegedly driving with cannabis in their saliva, and are due to appear in Nanango Magistrates Court next month.  

Police also charged a 29-year-old man on Wednesday allegedly driving with cannabis in his saliva on First Ave, Kingaroy.  

His licence was immediately suspended and was issued a notice to appear in Nanango Magistrates Court next month.
