Kingaroy sporting club to host Queensland's best

ANOTHER South Burnett sporting club has proven we have some of the best sporting facilities in the state.

Kingaroy Junior Motorcycle Speedway Club is proud to announce it has been awarded three Queensland Titles events this year.

The titles will bring some of the best junior motorcyclists to Kingaroy for the September 14-15 racing action.

The award-winning club will hold the 2019 U16 125cc Solo State Titles, the 125cc Best Pairs State Titles and the 2019 U16 250cc State Titles.

Club secretary Tracey Tunstall said she was proud of the club that continued to go from strength to strength.

"This is a wonderful achievement for our club and carries on from the successful events we have previously hosted,” Tunstall said.

Riders and their entourages will start arriving next Friday and will stay until Sunday evening.

Tunstall said the benefits of staging the events were twofold.

"It will be a great experience for the riders to compete on our track, along with being a great boost to our towns and businesses,” she said.

All three title events will be held on Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15.
