Life and Death Bikie to front Warwick Magistrates Court

A TOOWOOMBA man belonging to the outlaw motorbike gang Life and Death will front Warwick Magistrates Court this morning for allegedly breaching his bail conditions.

Warwick Police acting station officer in charge Shane Reid said the 33-year-old man was arrested when police intercepted a large number of criminal bikie gang members at the Bracker Rd and New England Hwy intersection yesterday afternoon.

"At 12.45pm yesterday afternoon, police intercepted a gang of outlaw motorcycle gang members returning into Queensland from a national run," Acting Senior Sergeant Reid said.

"A number of riders were intercepted resulting in one 33-year-old male from Toowoomba being arrested in relation to (an alleged) breach of bail conditions.

Act Snr Sgt Reid said police from Warwick, Toowoomba and surrounding divisions were involved in the operation.

"It is part of the ongoing enforcement in relation to outlaw motorcycle gang members," he said.

"Any movements of outlaw motorcycle gangs are being closely monitored."
