Mad Hatters put minds to the test at trivia fundraiser

KINGAROY Rotary Club is preparing to host a Mad Hatters Trivia Night to raise funds for equipment that will help save lives in the South Burnett community.

The trivia night will include lots of fun trivia questions, raffles and great prizes to be won, and funds will go towards buying defibrillators for the region.

To join, gather a trivia team of six for the event at the South Burnett Senior Citizens Centre in Kingaroy from 6.30pm this Saturday.

The $10 admission fee includes a supper of tea, coffee and snacks.. You can bring your own nibbles if you prefer, but no alcohol as a licensed bar will be running.

Everyone is welcome, and participants are encouraged to wear a hat for the Mad Hatters theme.

Tickets can be bought in advance from the Pioneer Motel, South Burnett Podiatry, or Wendy's in Kingaroy Shoppingworld.

There will also be tickets available at the door tonight, unless the event sells out.

For more information, call 4162 5632 or visit Kingaroy Rotary's Facebook page.
