Man, 7-year-old boy missing from Cannon Hill

POLICE are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 31-year-old man and a 7-year-old boy who were last seen at a residence at Cannon Hill yesterday.

Around 10am the pair left a Pickwick Street residence in a Silver Hyundai with Victorian Registration IDT2VA and have not been seen since.

Police hold concerns for their welfare as they have not made contact with family or friends.

Nicholas Cross (pictured), 31 years of age, is described as approximately 178cm, 170 kilograms, tanned skin, short brown hair and green eyes.  It is unknown what he was wearing at the time of going missing.

The boy is seven years old and is known to the man.  It is unknown what he was wearing at the time of going missing.

Police are seeking to speak with Mr Cross or anyone who may have any information about his or the child's whereabouts.
Investigations are continuing.
