Man and woman to appear in court on drug charges

A MAN and woman will appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on February 11 after Kingaroy Police intercepted their Toyota Corolla on River Rd.

Police searched the car of the 33-year-old Rochedale South man and a 43-year-old Slacks Creek woman at 3am on Wednesday January 16.

A search of the vehicle located drug-related material.

The man will appear in court for allegedly possessing property suspected of having been used in connection with a commission of a dangerous drug and three counts of possessing dangerous drugs.

The woman will appear for allegedly failing to take reasonable care and precautions in respect of syringe or needle.
