Man charged after pair caught in park

A MAN will face Kingaroy Magistrates Court after police officers observed him acting suspiciously in the park.

Kingaroy police saw two men acting suspiciously in Memorial Park in Kingaroy on Tuesday, December 4, at 9.30pm.

The officers spoke with both men, and subsequently searched an 18-year-old Kingaroy man.

They allegedly located clip seal bags, a pipe and identification not belonging to the man.

The 18-year-old man was charged with possessing tainted property, drug utensils and property used in the commission of a drug offence.
