Man charged with quad bike theft

A 46-year-old Nanango man has been charged with burglary after allegedly stealing a quad bike at the beginning of the month.

According to Nanango police, the man allegedly entered a property on East Nanango Grindstone Rd, Glan Davon, between 1.30pm and 2.30pm on Sunday, August 6.

A quad bike was stolen from the property, as well as a number of personal items including jewellery and perfume.

Police located the quad bike and charged the 46-year-old man in relation to that offence.

He is due to appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court at a later date.

Police are continuing to investigate the offence, and urge anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward.
