Man convicted of sodomy charge
A MAN has been found guilty of molesting his partner's 12-year-old boy at their Sunshine Coast home and while on holiday at Grandchester.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the child's identity, was convicted on Friday evening after an eight-day trial accused of sodomising the boy five times and indecently dealing with him three times.
Judge Brad Farr remanded the man in custody to be sentenced on a date to be fixed.
