Man with acid burns gets transported to Kingaroy Hospital

A MAN was taken to Kingaroy Hospital with acid burns to his face and arms.

A Queensland Ambulance Services' spokeswoman said an ambulance crew attended the incident at a business on Kingaroy-Barkers Creek Rd around 9.30pm Wednesday.

The 39-year-old man was transported to the hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.

In a separate incident, an ambulance crew responded to a two vehicle crash on the D'Aguilar Hwy at Nanango on Wednesday.

The ambulance crew arrived at the scene around 12.40pm.

The two people involved in the crash were assessed received treatment for minor injuries and shock on site.

Both refused ambulance transport to a hospital a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said.
