THE winners of the Hancock Prospecting Christmas Light Competition winners have been announced.

This year's South Burnett chamption is Geoff and Veronica Hartwig from 97 Ivy St, Kingaroy.

Geoff and Veronica have won a trip to Singapore for two adults and two children, valued at $15,000.


South Burnett mayor Keith Campbell said it was a pleasure to contact the Hartwigs about their win.

"Christmas lights displays bring so much joy to children and families when they visit," he said.

"I congratulate not just the winners but everyone who entered and thank you for making the time and effort to put up such wonderful displays."
