A SUNSHINE Coast shopping centre will be transformed with the opening of an all-in amusement and leisure precinct.
Strike Bowling and Holey Moley Golf Club are teaming up for the first time in Queensland to open a precinct at Big Top Shopping Centre.
It will feature 10 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, an 18-hole mini golf course, cocktail bar and escape rooms all in one location.
The new mega-entertainment concept will commence fit-out construction soon ready for launch next year.
Funlab CEO Michael Schreiber said the team was looking forward to opening in a brand new Queensland location.
"We are really excited to introduce Strike and Holey Moley to the Sunshine Coast - we think it is a great location for us and we are looking forward to offering a fun entertainment option to all our new guests," Mr Schreiber said.
Big Top centre manager Jennifer Spratling said the announcement of the new entertainment precinct with Strike and Holey Moley was the first in a number of exciting things to come for the centre.
"We're so thrilled to be the first location in Queensland to welcome this amazing new precinct in the new year, with the combination of these two major brands together at Big Top set to take entertainment on the Sunshine Coast to a whole new level," Ms Spratling said.
"This new precinct is planned to open adjacent to the Ocean Street entrance to the Centre, making it a perfect addition for locals and tourists also taking in the area's popular casual dining offerings as well as the monthly Nights on Ocean Markets."
"There's plenty more exciting plans coming soon for Big Top, and we're looking forward to sharing further announcements with our community in the near future."
