MEGA GALLERY: Wondai's 'absolutely spectacular' Show

ONCE again, the Wondai Show did not fail to impress, with another year of action-packed fun for all ages.

Show president, Dennis Morris labelled this year's show, 'absolutely spectacular.'

By mid afternoon, Mr Morris said there had been in the vicinity of 3000 people through the gates.

That was even before the evening attractions such as the live entertainment and the bull ride and barrel races.

"The highlight for me is just seeing everyone have a terrific time,” Mr Morris said.

"The general excitement and the buzz is just great.”

As always, the Wondai Show had something for everyone and the new events such as the tractor pull and racing lawn models were a welcome inclusion.

Considering how loud they were, even those who did not attended the show would've known the new events were there.

Like any rural event, it doesn't happen without hard-working committee members, volunteers and the generous contributions of local business.

"We have about 70 members or more and they were just run off their feet,” Mr Morris said.

"A huge thank you to our sponsors, they let us put on a tremendous number of free things so people didn't have to empty their wallets in a tough time.”
