It's the big question everyone's asking: who will win The Block?
This year's season, featuring five century-old family homes saved from demolition, was bigger than the dozen before it.
The 2017 season also rated its socks off, thanks to plenty of bust-ups between the teams.
But will the auction results, which was filmed on October 28 ahead of tonight's grand final broadcast, be equally record breaking?
The show's judges certainly seem to think so, with all five homes expected to achieve $3 million price tags.
"It will be really interesting to see what they go for," Neale Whitaker tells Weekend.
"I use Shaynna (Blaze) for a good yardstick, because she knows this market, and she reckons they'll nudge $3 million.
"Anyone who buys any of these houses is getting a lot of house for their money."
All of the properties have five bedrooms, a three-car garage, garden and open-plan living and dining spaces.
"My favourite room in everyone's house is the studio apartment over the garage," Neale says.
"I just think that is such an amazing luxury. It can be whatever you want it to be. The main house has already ticked off everything you need. That bit at the back is the real icing on the cake."
But if it comes to tipping a winner, it's hard to go past favourites Josh and Elyse.
"If I had to pick one room that really blew me away it was the hallway in Josh and Elyse's house," Neale says. "It's got real spectacle about it... (they've) created the ultimate dream home."
But many a Block team has been the judges' favourite and failed to win the big prize come auction day.
One thing's for sure, tomorrow night will be dramatic viewing with Dee and Darren's $935,000 record for the most money won in a Block grand final likely to be broken. Won't it be a fairy tale finish if at least one team become instant millionaires?
