A MOTORCYCLIST was transported to hospital after a serious crash on a rural Burnett road.

Queensland Ambulance Service was called to the scene at Boondooma on Manar Road at 6.27pm.

Paramedics transported one patient to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with a leg injury.
