ON THE MOOVE: Mob of cattle hoofing it through region
SOUTH Burnett drivers are advised to drive with caution due to a large of mob of cattle travelling through the region from today until July 18.
Motorists should expect to encounter cattle on Wondai Chinchilla Rd today between Aberdeen Ave and Stubbs Armstrong Rd at Durong.
On Monday, July 8, livestock will be on Munduberra Durong Rd between Wondai Chinchilla Rd and Proston Boondooma Rd.
The cattle will travel on Proston Boondooma Rd between Munduberra Durong Rd on Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12.
Drivers should expect to see cattle on Wondai Proston Rd between Proston and Hivesville on Saturday, July 13 to Monday, July 15.
Cattle will also be on Murgon Gayndah Rd north of Wilsons Rd on Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18.
South Burnett Regional Council advises drivers to slow down when they see "livestock ahead" signs and follow any instruction given by drovers.
