Police chase down woman after broad daylight break-in

A WOMAN who fled from police mid-break-in will face court later today.

Kingaroy police were called to an Edward St address at 2.55pm after reports of someone breaking in.

Upon arrival, officers saw a 22-year-old Kingaroy woman flee from the rear of the outhouse on the property.

The woman was arrested after police pursued on foot.

She will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 10, facing charges of one count of stealing a vehicle, three charges of entering a premises, the possession of a restricted drug, trespass and obstructing police.
