Missing 75-year-old man from Coopers Plains found safely

UPDATE: An elderly man reported missing last night from Coopers Plains was located early this morning.

He has been taken to hospital for assessment.

Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.

EARLIER: POLICE are seeking public assistance to help locate a 75-year-old man who was last seen at a MacGroarty Street, Coopers Plains address around 10pm last night.

His family and police are concerned for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance and around 175cm tall with a proportionate build. He has blue eyes and grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black trousers and brown shoes.

He has been known to wander from Coopers Plains to New Farm.

Police urge anyone who may have seen him or who may have any other information which could assist in locating him, to contact Policelink or Crime Stoppers.MP Coopers Plains
