Police urge people to bring drug information forward

NANANGO police officers encourage anyone with information relating to the possession, production or supply of dangerous drugs to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

Police officers executed a search warrant in relation to dangerous drugs at a Burnett St address in Nanango on February 7.

A quantity of marijuana and drug utensils were located during the search.

A 45-year-old Nanango woman was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and the possessions of drug utensils.

She will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on March 18 in relation to these charges.

In a separate drug offence, a Nanango woman will be dealt with under the provisions of the Drug Misuse Act.

Nanango police officers executed a search warrant at a Brisbane St address in Nanango on Sunday, February 10.

During the search a quantity of marijuana and drug utensils were located.

The 25-year-old woman was charged with the possession of dangerous drugs and the possession of drug utensils.
