MONDAY: SCHOOL is almost over for the year.

Some businesses and organisations are getting ready to close the doors for a couple weeks break, while many others take advantage of the Christmas fever.

Politicians are rapping up political business for the year, emergency services are getting prepared for more people on the roads and at the beach, and for many others - nothing at all has changed.

Well, except the fact the might get a few extra bones, pats, hugs and attention from family members.
