Bruce Highway reopens following earlier fatal crash

UPDATE 4.40PM: The Bruce Hwy at Glasshouse Mountains has been reopened to south bound traffic following a fatal crash earlier today.

A man died after the semi-trailer he was driving south left the road and rolled down an embankment.

The male driver, believed to be in his 40s, died at the scene.

The road was closed and traffic was diverted down Steve Irwin Way.
