Revealed: 2015 Chrysler 300 model at LA motor show
ICONIC proportions have been retained, but the 2015 Chrysler 300 has some even bolder exterior styling combined with interior elegance.
Among the key improvements are an eight-speed transmission on every model, all-wheel drive availability, all-new 17.7cm full color driver information display and the latest generation Uconnect systems.
Four variants were on show at the LA motor show reveal this week, the 300 Limited, 300S, 300C and 300C Platinum.
It was revealed with two engine options, a 5.7-litre V8 delivering 270kW and 534Nm (good for a 0-100kmh sprint in less than six seconds), along with a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 which generates 218kW and 353Nm (224kW and 358Nm in the 300S).
On the outside there is a redesigned fascia with a taller, more prominent grille which features the Chrysler wing badge.
Seven new wheel designs, ranging from 17 inches 20 inches, are forecast to be available.
Whether all options will be available in Australia is yet to be announced.
